Correction and Amplification

We are grateful that an owner has called to our attention an editing error in our inaugural newsletter, dated January 2019.  In the “Resort Update” feature, we referred to “updating and upgrading the resort properties”, “major renovations,” and “renovating the flooring.”

The word choice should have instead been “maintaining” and “replacing,” as in maintaining the resort in a first-class manner and replacing worn-out furniture and flooring.  It is imperative that your resort be maintained as “a desirable, attractive, beneficial and suitable place of abode” as stated on page 4 section 2 of the governing documents. By doing this MLDC is ensuring that owners will enjoy decades more of fantastic vacations at Meadow Lake Resort.
