The 2026 ANNUAL MEETING on JUNE 6, 2026
The annual meeting of The Meadow Lake Country Club Estates Homeowners Association will be held on
Saturday, June 6, 2026, at l:00 pm at Glacier International Hotel, located at 4149 Highway 2 East,
Kalispell, Montana. All Meadow Lake (MLHOA) members are encouraged to attend, and we hope to see
you there! A zoom connection will be available. See below for log on information.

Consider running for a position on the Board of Directors There are two (2) Board seats open for
this election
One (1) Homeowner position is available to fill Kathy O’Connor’s term, to expire in June of 2026.
This is a four-year term. This position must be filled with a Home/Property owner.
One (1) Timeshare position is available to fill Patrick Malone’s term, to expire in June of 2026.
This is a four-year term. This position must be filled with a Timeshare owner.
Any member who is interested in serving on the Board of Directors should contact the MLHOA Office
for further information about the position and request a volunteer form. This form should be
received by the MLHOA Office no later than April 15, 2026. Please include a brief biography (not to
exceed 200 words) and name which Category of Interest position you want to fill (“Home-Owner” or
“Timeshare”). We look forward to having you serve on the Board.
