Dear Meadow Lake Resort Owners,

Amid the current situation with COVID-19 unfolding, we at Meadow Lake Development Corporation (MLDC) want to take a moment to express our dedication to serving you, our owners. Taking care of our owners and guests is our top priority. Montana has remained relatively unaffected by actual cases, but this is a rapidly changing situation and we are highly aware of the importance of providing a safe vacation environment.

We have made the careful decision to close Meadow Lake Resort amenities and accommodations including the Inn and condos effective March 20th through April 30th, 2020. This was a very difficult decision but feel it is the best option to ensure the safety and well-being of our owners and guests. For now, the Bar and Grille has closed the dining room but we will continue to serve the community by offering takeout. We are monitoring the situation and will provide additional communication as events unfold. We are still accepting bookings for reservations beginning on or after May 1st 2020. During this closure, our team will be here to help with cancellations and rebooking reservations made directly through Meadow Lake. For reservations made through RCI, please contact them directly.

• The Owner Services team will be reaching out individually to those owners who have reservations booked directly through the resort that are scheduled during this closure.

• Our Owner Services team will be available by phone (406) 892-8738, toll-free at 800-321-4653 and email ownerservices@meadowlake.com Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm MST.

• We are waiving all cancellation fees for direct bookings through Meadow Lake. Our team will work to ensure easy cancellations and rescheduling of reservations that were made directly through Meadow Lake.

• For RCI reservations, as always, we ask that you contact RCI directly for reservation changes or cancelations. Please check their website for their most up-to-date policies www.rci.com.

Meadow Lake Resort is aware of the economic impact of our decision. We will keep as much of our current staff employed as productively possible. We plan to work on ongoing projects with both housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a clean and refreshed resort ready for you upon reopening. Our Owner Services staff will be on hand to help with all of owner’s needs during this closure.

We look forward to seeing you after April 30th 2020. Our mission remains to provide our owners and guests with an adventurous and relaxing getaway in the majestic Flathead Valley. Once this difficult situation passes, an escape for a dose of fresh mountain air and relaxation may be exactly what you need. Meadow Lake Resort is here for you.

Sincerely,

Chris Walters
