We hope that this memo finds you and your family well amidst the current global circumstances. We are reaching out to keep you up to date on your beloved resort. As of April 7th, Montana State Governor Steve Bullock has extended the Stay at Home Directive to April 24th, 2020. Our intent remains to reopen Meadow Lake Resort on May 1, 2020. We continue to follow the situation as events unfold, and we will follow state and local guidelines as enacted.

We understand the strain these closures have on our owners, guests, as well as MLDC. We have been diligently working on solutions for those whose reservations have been impacted by this closure and will continue to do so. We have received many questions and ample feedback about possible solutions for the current situation. We ask for your patience as we look for the best and most viable resolutions for all owners and guests. As always, we are committed to remaining transparent with all decisions, which are always made with the intention to benefit the owners and guests of Meadow Lake Resort.

If your reservation is for May 1st and beyond, we sincerely look forward to having you back at Meadow Lake Resort. We are aware of the inherent uncertainty of this time, so our team is here for you. We ensure a highly flexible cancelation policy and hassle-free rescheduling of your reservations in the coming months. We do ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of a cancellation.
