On behalf of the Vacatia team, I wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Lynch family and so many owners who warmly welcomed us. We look forward to meeting all of you when you visit your home away from home. Vacatia is a newer company in the timeshare space, composed of team members with senior management experience in timeshare, hospitality, real estate, and travel technology. We created Vacatia because we saw a problem in the industry that needed to be solved, requiring a diverse set of expertise and a fresh perspective.

Many legacy timeshares are enduring similar challenges across the country. They are faced with a growing number of aging owners that cannot travel or are finding it difficult to pay their maintenance fees. Conversely, resorts are struggling to attract new owners as the old way of selling timeshares is no longer economical or appealing to a younger audience. Meadow Lake is in a much better position than many other legacy timeshares. Gil and Joyce have managed your operations and costs wisely. The owner community is strong, with deep-rooted love for the property and desire to see Meadow Lake thrive.

We will continue to build on the work the Lynch family has put in motion. We are making technology upgrades to broaden our online reach so more prospective members will discover our resort. We are developing next-gen travel programs to appeal to today’s customers. We are brainstorming new owner benefits to increase the value of your timeshare. And we will be relentless in our pursuit to continuously improve our level of service. We look forward to sharing our progress and receiving your feedback along the way.

During this time of transition and improvements, Vacatia is excited to announce Michael Flickinger as your new Resort General Manager. Michael comes to us with a wealth of management expertise, not only in Hotel Management and Golf Course Operations, but extensive Timeshare Inventory Management as well. His career has taken him from Chicago to Honolulu to Seattle to Lana’i (a private island in Hawaii) and San Diego. He and his wife Jane are excited to become a part of the Montana community!

Although travel is still suppressed due to the virus, we are following the vaccine news closely and hope to welcome many of you in 2021, perhaps even with a hug. In times like this, we have found that it is even more important to cherish the rituals that should no longer be taken for granted. Many of you shared with us how Meadow Lake and the natural beauty of Montana has shaped your families’ lives throughout the years. We are honored to be stewards of such a special place. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Until then, please stay safe, healthy and well.

Best Regards,
Caroline Shin
