Owner Updates – Meadow Lake Resort

This summer, Meadow Lake Resort partnered with a new purchasing agent, allowing us to leverage the Vacatia name and buying power. This partnership provides significant cost savings and helps us continue updating and enhancing our condo units.

Resort Improvements

  • Beds: Every unit across the resort received brand-new beds this summer.

  • Wi-Fi: A complete upgrade of our Wi-Fi system has been installed, and feedback from owners and guests has been overwhelmingly positive.

  • Appliances: This fall, we are focusing on updating appliances in many units.

  • Indoor Pool Decks: The indoor pool decks have been refinished, providing a cleaner, refreshed look for owners and guests.

  • Landscaping: Huck Park has been refreshed with new landscaping, creating a more inviting space for owners and guests to enjoy.

Owner Engagement
We are excited to have reintroduced Owner Meet & Greets on Monday evenings. These gatherings offer owners the chance to enjoy a complimentary drink at the bar while connecting with staff and fellow owners. Jack Morse, our Front Desk Owner Specialist, attends these events to answer questions and provide additional support now that Owner Services is no longer located on property.

Housekeeping & Amenities
Our housekeeping team has made great strides in refreshing amenities throughout the resort:

  • At The Inn, we have introduced upgraded terry and a higher-quality amenity line.

  • In the condos, updates this spring and summer included:

    • Replacing all pots and pans

    • Updating aging plastic glasses in older units

    • Refreshing silverware in Glacier Village and Nenastako Village

    • Replacing aging coffee machines, toasters, irons, and utensils during our second round of deep cleans

Looking Ahead
The Meadow Lake Team remains committed to keeping your units fresh, modern, and welcoming—with every improvement made with owner and guest satisfaction in mind.
