A two-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Remainder of full stay is required 14 days prior to arrival. Two-night deposit is fully refundable if canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30-15 days prior to arrival will forfeit the two-night deposit. Cancellations within 14 days arrival forfeit full stay amount. All homes are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
