Resort Update

MLDC is committed to retaining the value of your ownership at Meadow Lake Resort. 2019 was very busy with ongoing resort renovations.  In the spring, we completed resurfacing the outdoor pool and hot tub areas for your summer enjoyment. Also, new flooring and furniture have been installed in buildings 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10.

For the remainder of 2020, we will continue with replacing the flooring and furniture in buildings 11 and 12. This includes replacing both soft and hardwood flooring, along with new sofas and love seats.  If you notice that these dates affect your stay, we are here to work with you to accommodate your vacation time in a different building.

Flooring & Living Room Soft Seating January 19^th – February 2^nd, 2020

As part of the flooring project, the coffee and end tables will be refinished in buildings 2 through 12 throughout 2020.

In addition, we will complete a variety of work within units in Buildings 2 through 7.  Specifically, we will replace the valances in buildings 2 and 3, where the existing valances are either outdated or have outlasted their life. These valances will be replaced with a wood material to coincide with the updated décor of the unit. Also, the full wall dining room mirror will be reduced in size, centered and framed to match the new valances.  Both of these projects were started several years ago and we are excited to have them completed this year.

Lastly, we have begun the process of selecting flooring and living room soft seating for Nenastako Village in anticipation of starting work in the Fall/Winter of 2020.  More details and a schedule of this work will be posted to our website soon, so please be sure to check regularly.  We are very excited for this project as it will complete the installation of new flooring throughout the entire resort excluding only the newest of the buildings, Glacier Village.
